Actor and musician Mark Wahlberg has listed his Beverly Hills home at $15.9 million. Wahlberg, also known by “Marky Mark” bought the 5 bedroom, 10 1/2 bath home in 1991.
Listing information indicates 15,000 square feet of living space, while original reports of his purchase list it at just under 9,000. Sounds like someone’s been doing some adding on in the last 17 years or so. Wahlberg purchased the place for slightly under $5 million.

Ty Warner, the man who created the plush toy phenomenon known as Beanie Babies, has signed a contract to buy the penthouse in the Chicago Spire. The Spire’s foundation is the only thing complete at this point. It’s slated for completion in 2012. A lot can happen in (almost) four years.
