The house that Butler sold has three fireplaces, a master suite with a large bath and shower, an atrium great room, and an overscale living room, according to public records and listing information. The property also contains city and Hollywood sign views, a long, flat grassy yard, a pool, tall palms and a separate guest house, all on a 0.78-acre parcel, according to public records and listing information. Butler had purchased the house in 1994 for an undisclosed price through her Graceland Trust.
