Heath had bought his own house in LA and had it under his name (or trust's name) and Michelle bought the Brooklyn house she still resides in with her own name [or her own trust's name). This couple were going to split and they knew it.......and that explains why Heath didn't renew his will for Matilda, his daughter, because Heath obviously didn't want Michelle to get a cent out of him.
