Miromar Development Corporation has appointed Stephen W. Wolfson as director of sales for Miromar Realty, LLC.
Wolfson is responsible for the management of the on-site sales team for the sale of new homes within Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club.
Wolfson has over 32 years of real estate sales and marketing experience throughout Florida and the Northeast.
From 30-story luxury towers, to master-planned golf and country club communities, custom homes, marina communities, and in-fill communities, he has managed teams that have marketed and sold over $10 billion in residential real estate.
His previous sales and marketing management affiliations in Florida include WCI Communities based in Bonita Springs, The Mariner Group in Fort Myers, Coscan Waterways in Aventura, Arthur Rutenberg Homes in Parkland and Lennar Homes Southwest Florida Region.
Wolfson has also been a motivational speaker for the University of Miami, teaching sales and marketing workshops for the school throughout the United States.
Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Tarragon Corporation where he worked on 34 communities located in Florida, New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, Texas and Tennessee.
