Reaching your target audience

Whether you are selling million dollar condos, or fishing lures, if the person you are speaking to is never going to buy what you are selling, you are wasting, not only his time, but your own. Property exhibitions are becoming a useful tool in the real estate professionals arsenal, proving very lucrative for many British estate agencies.

The Property Investor Show returns to the NEC, Birmingham  for the second year running. According to the promoters, they will attract over 40,000 visitors, more than 65% of them existing investors and the other 35% “looking to buy.”

The show will run from 11-13th April at the National Exhibition Center in Birmingham, UK. The NEC is Europe’s biggest exhibition venue, and being situated in the middle of nowhere, has one thing most other venues struggle with – parking. A direct rail line and shuttle buses run all day, making it extremely accessible.

The exhibition organizers are offering a number of promotional opportunities, including advertising on their email newsletter which will go out to 75,000 investors pre-show.
