Sharon Stone Drops House Price

Sharon-Stone-houseSharon Stone’s Beverly Hills home has had a lot of ups and downs - and most of them down recently. She’s dropped the asking price below what she paid for the N. Beverly Drive abode, down to $10 million.

The Basic Instinct star bought the house in February 2006. And it has been on and off the market since that summer. According to the time line over at Big Time, this is the third price drop — but not actually the one that brought it below her purchase price. She’s even trying to rent the place for $58K a month. Well, we’ll just pick up the phone right now, won’t we lovelies?

The listing calls this place a compound. And maybe it is. The almost 5 acre parcel is completely walled and gated. And it looks like it backs up against the hills, too.

The house, a former home of architect Joseph Ambrose, is Mediterranean style with an open floor plan and high ceilings. The pool appears to be fairly large and includes a spa. The tennis court has a viewing pavilion. Even the guest house has a gym and media room. The details in this place are just stunning. Crown molding, large windows, huge sliding doors leading outside, a kitchen with a walk-in pantry, desk, and two small tv’s.

Just take a look at the gallery:

It just goes to show you that even a gorgeous celebrity home doesn’t fly off the market every time.
