Brady relisted his home this summer at $18.29 million, up from the original 2007 $16.5 million price. This drop of a half million isn’t a huge surprise, considering the state of economy.

Brady re-listed his condo right around the same time that his girlfriend, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, listed her West Village penthouse.
