John McMonigle, founder and namesake of Newport Beach-based McMonigle Group, today announces the return of Top Agent commencing January 19 through February 15.  Marking its third season, the month-long training program and competition – the first and only program of its kind – provides six to 10 residential real estate agents the opportunity to learn from a select team of luxury real estate professionals, and ultimately compete for Top Agent honors with an offer to join the McMonigle Group.
