Luxury Golf development in Dubai holds silent auction
The Tiger Woods Dubai, which is a member of Tatweer, announced the fact that they are offering potential buyers five premium plots in the development at silent auction
“Based on our phenomenal sales record and early success stories, we are offering this closed bid as a rare opportunity to own premium plots on The Tiger Woods Dubai,” said Abdullah Al Gurg, the project’s director.
The exclusive plots include two luxury villa plots; two mansion plots; and a hundred-thousand square foot “palace” plot, all offering lake and golf course views. The deadline for bid submission is August 12, 2008.
Scheduled for completion in 2009, The Tiger Woods Dubai is fast taking shape as an exclusive golf community encompassing a golf academy, club house and a luxury spa.

Naladhu Maldives: Perfect Romantic Getaway
The Maldives lie in the middle of the Indian Ocean: some 5 hours flying time west of Singapore. Most of the 1190 atolls which make up the Maldives are uninhabited with a quarter of the population of 370,000 living in the tiny capital Male: an island of about 2 square kilometres. The visitor to the Maldives doesn’t come to visit Male. Most instead take a boat connection direct from the airport to their resort. There are resorts for all ages and tastes from family-friendly to Club Med, but what the Maldives has become famous for is luxurious top notch resorts and spas. If you are looking for upmarket though Naladhu Maldives on the South Male atoll could be want you need.
Naladhu means “pretty little island” in the local language and the 19 separate houses which comprise the re sort’s accommodation certainly reflect that. And a real house is exactly what your accommodation is consisting of: an expansive bedroom, dressing room, outdoor bath, steam room and garden rain sower, plus a private plunge pool with gardens and multi-tiered hardwood deck and dining sala. There are two house types: the Beach houses face a tranquil beach and lagoon. The Ocean Houses provide an evocative view over the rolling Indian Ocean with hardwood deck stretching out into the lapping waves.
In locations such as Rajasthan a luxury hotel is a nice touch but you need to get out and see the real country too. In the Maldives there, is frankly, not a lot to see and a luxurious resort such as Naladhu Maldives is the perfect place to arrive and never leave. In fact I doubt that you would need to put your shoes on from arrival to departure.
So when you get bored with your view, plunge pool and comfortable room you can also explore fishing, SCUBA diving, sailing and water sports on offer at the Naladhu Maldives Or maybe the spa is more your scene with spa professionals trained in Ayurvedic, Thai, Balinese and Western techniques.
After all the exercise you of course only the best of food and wine to choose from. Although the Maldives are technically Muslim, you would never know it the resort islands. Naladhu offers dining in their restaurant - confusingly named “The Living Room”, poolside, in your own cabana, or even on the beach by candlelight. The Naladhu Maldives sounds like the perfect destination for your wedding, honeymoon or just a romantic getaway.

Aitutaki: The Most Beautiful Island in the Pacific
Aiutaki is commonly held to be the most beautiful island in the world. A tricky fact to verify but even the most jaded travellers rave about the beauty of Aiutaki: it really is a little-known gem. The reason that Aiutaki isn’t better known is quite simply that its a long, long way from anywhere. Aiutaki is one the 15 odd islands that make up the country of the Cook Islands in the South Pacfic: right of Tonga, left of French Polynesia and below Hawaii. The 15 islands are spread over 2.2 million square kilometres. To get to Aiutaki you will need to first fly to Rarotonga: the capital and then connect for the 45 minute flight Aiutaki itself. For your trouble you will be rewarded with scenes like this:
