Tom Brady also re-lists Manhattan quarters

Tom Brady, celebrated New England Patriots quarterback and Gisele’s man toy, has re-listed his Time Warner Center condo. Unlike Gisele, who drastically slashed the price on her penthouse, Brady has bumped up the price of his place.

Originally listed at $16.5 million, the unit is now priced at $18.29 million. The property information notes that the unit is on the highest floor at the Time Warner building, with sweeping views of both Central Park and the river(s).

The approximately 3,000-square-foot “ultra-luxury” condo has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and comes with full hotel service from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Mmm, does that include a butler, laundry service, and ordering in anytime we want? Ok, sign us up here, too! Actually, the listing mentions a full-time doorman and concierge service. Close enough. Er, sort of.

Brady’s place is a little less than double the size of Bundchen’s penthouse, and runs just over $6,000 per square-foot. The dark wood floors and windows all the way around give this place some spectacular views. The rooms and halls seem to be of a good size. We’re disappointed in the kitchen, though, from what we can see. Hopefully it’s just a bad picture and angle. If not, the kitchen is way under-sized for a place of this stature.

We find it interesting that he has bumped up his asking price. Will it actually sell better at this rate? We’ll have to wait and see.
