Worst YouTube Real Estate Videos When Realtors get bored

Boredom – It’s a realtor’s worst enemy.

This video reminds me of the classic Larson cartoon, “When vegetables go bad.”

I can’t decide if this video should be classed as a “worst youtube real estate video,” or not. I think it’s so bad it’s good.

Either way, this is biblegirl7’s video shot at an open house. I assume she is attempting to sell the property, and at least she’s honest – “Someone needs to buy this house because I need the money. I need a new pair of boots." I am just glad it’s only 3 minutes long. I am not sure I could have stood any more without reaching into the monitor.

What do you think? Love it, hate it, or just want to reach in a strangle her?

Whoever you are, you should be ashamed of yourself for this whole fake web site. There’s no way you can be really trying to sell what the site says. As for this video,
I thought it was kinda cute. It obviously wasn’t made for buyers. I followed the links back to the channel, and the video has about 3,000 views and 61 ratings of almost 5 stars (the highest amount). Those are the people that understand the actual community.

To be honest, the way this site is setup is really unprofessional if you’re really trying to sell luxury real estate. This is the first RE site I’ve ever seen that was just bashing other people. Even more ironic is that it seems that whoever is maintaining this site doesn’t understand the Community part of You Tube. This video, the comments, the views and the ratings make it obvious that it’s for the You Tube sub-culture community. This girl’s whole site shows that. Just read the comments on this video and on the channel itself. It shows that the viewers are friends and subscribers from the You Tube sub culture. Your site obviously just doesn’t get it… and I think she’s cute too… lots of personality and fun.

We are not selling anything, just offering information and some light commentary.

Although - did you even read what I wrote?

I think it is so bad it is good. :)

But - to put it in perspective, one of my favorite videos on youtube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMH0bHeiRNg
has had 96,000,000 views and 213,000 comments -

So we are talking very, very, very sub culture.
