Your Mama Realestalker’s Celebrity Real Estate blogger is Broke or doesn’t know what Pornography is

Okay, You suck. Mama’s blog is waaaaay better than yours and I only read yours because it was advertised there. Never again tho!

Wow. I love the comment at 7:51 by None. They say this blog “sucks” (real classy). But yet, they clicked on this blog’s ad, came to this post, and then left a comment. I’d politely say you need to get a clue…seriously…

If you think that fully clothed motion picture actors are porn you probably should be in a Scientologist commune, or an Amish community in Pennsylvania.
That said, if you go to Mark Knowles’ personal blog, accessible on this website, you will get really good porn for free.
Further, Mark is likely breaching copyright law in posting this much information from mama’s website to further his claim.
“Fair” exceptions to the exclusivity of her intellectual copyright have been arguably exceeded.
Unfortunately, I have much too much experience with the abuse of creative works, and trespass of intellectual property.
If Mark doesn’t take down his claim, he is probably leaving himself open to a costly resolution. But I don’t speak for mama, so I could be just blowing smoke, as they say.

Real Doozy, you obviously have a different understanding of what is pornography than I do. You also have a “interesting” understanding of what the word “claim” means.

I claimed that there was a porn advertisement straddling our own advertisement. I have proof right here in this post. If you would care to stop by and explain how that “arguably exceeds her intellectual copyright,” I am all ears.

Becky, Jerry and Mama’s boy - yes it would seem to have been a mistake. I am sure Mama is very happy we pointed it out to her. And I will thank her for fixing the problem.

Tasteless I did venture over to your site from Mama’s because I do enjoy this type of read but now I see that you are not even pleasant to someone who obviously gave you the idea to start your own blog. I have said I like Mama’s blog a lot.

The simple fact is that our ad was placed directly next to a pornography advertisement and we do not wish to be associated with that sort of pornography. That is tasteless.

I am not sure what you mean by dissing her. I don’t consider this to be dissing. I am sorry you feel that way and will not be returning, but I am not sure I owe anyone an apology for asking that my advertisement be removed from next to porn.

You do have a point that I could have done it in private, but I chose to do it this way in the hope that a potential advertiser would see her request for advertisers and offer some quality advertising - if you had read this post you would see that I suggest exactly that. I want to see Mama sucessful and continue the way she has been, because she is one of my favorite bloggers.

Why don’t you advertise on her blog instead? I am sure you work for a reputable company that would be interested.

I followed Our Mama’s realestalker.com link provided by a commenter to your URL, blog.luxuryproperty.com because I wanted to read about the unfortunate advertising mix up. How it happened remains unclear. In fairness, I feel the benefit of doubt should have prevailed in the short term.

You are an extremely informative and well versed expert in your fields of interest. However, your recent missive strikes me as inappropriate, not to mention highly unprofessional. It is my impression that going public on this issue was a sad error in judgement. You provided no benefit of a reasonable waiting period for Our Mama to receive and resolve your concern. In addition, you abused a the polite position of Mama accolades to mask a series of caddy slams. I remind you, Our Mama is fair, funny, more clever than you on your best day – and hugely successful. I remain astounded that Mama even agreed to accept your ad; so closely tied to her core demographic and substantial page visits. You were very fortunate to get a foot in her profitable door, and now you repay it with a public flogging. That’s just not right.

As a long time reader and commenter on Mama’s site, I’d like to start off by saying first that I didn’t even notice the porno add. Come to think of it, I never noticed your ad, either, when it was posted on Mama’s website, because I (like probably most people) have learned to tune out most internet advertising anyway.

However, I read Mama’s post today, then had to google “Luxury Property Blog” to find your blog (which I’ve never been to before now), to get the full story.

You should be ashamed. You handled that in completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner. Some professional courtesy should have been extended at the very least before choosing to trash Mama publicly like that.

Quite frankly, I’m more offended by what you did than I would have ever been by the ad that appeared next to yours on Mama’s site, had I even seen it!

Now, as a result of your arrogance and rudeness, I have been here today and will never return again, no matter how much you apologize or advertise on Mama’s website again. Ironically, if you’d kept your big yap shut, maybe I would’ve eventually have discovered your site on my own or through the ads over at the Realestalker. I definitely won’t be back now!

What are you trying to suggest by stating that “advertising is how Mama pays the bills?” We all have to work and generate income. Even those in the luxury real estate business.

Your relentless comments about Mama’s bills, and your attempts at being Mama’s ad agent, are condescending at the very least.

Lastly, had Mama not posted a comment about this episode I would have never heard of your site. Now that I have, you should thank Mama for this temporary boost in traffic to your site.

Today was my first introduction to Luxury Property Blog. I am a loyal follower of Mama the Realestalker, but I came over here to see what all the fuss was about regarding the porn advertising. I already think what you did was in extremely poor taste, but we all make mistakes, and I decided not to completely write you off yet.

HOWEVER, in perusing the blog, now I see THIS posting regarding the worse YouTube advertisement for the property in Sri Lanka. You have the audacity to, in EXTREMELY poor taste, post an EXTREMELY offensive word to this posting. (N*****) Just because the rapper in the song used the offensive language, does not give your or anyone else license to repeat it. At least have the common decency to use *** marks.

This is strike 2, and I will NEVER visit your blog again. I will also be letting ALL of the loyal Mama fans know of our lack of decency, tact, and class. (And you know the children will NOT like that.)

Clearly there are plenty of times where people are going to use language that you do not believe in or support, and you are well within your rights to bring attention to it. But as I said before, it is in EXTREMELY poor taste to repeat the word and have it spelled out on the posting. I realize you are not from here, but in THIS country, we do not use that word.
